Outstanding experience for our solar installation with Infinity Energy. So pleased with the outcome we are now in the middle of a full Air Source Heat Pump installation with them. Easy to speak to with any queries, All the team are professional and knowledgeable. Happy to help. The fitters and installers are well trained, on time, and very considerate and communicate promptly with you if they face any installation queries on site. Also will listen and problem solve around issues of aesthetics etc. Always clear up when they finish each day. Credit to the company for their culture, in house and on site. Delighted with everything so far.

After much deliberation we decided to have solar installed. We went through a scheme Solar Together who appointed Infinity as their chosen installers. We are glad they did. Infinity was very helpful right from the start. Ours was not a straightforward installation because of the contours of the roof. Infinity worked with us to come up with a layout we were both happy with. Going through lists of different options and configurations until we were completely satisfied. When the installation team arrived they were very professional. Again working with us so that the final configuration met our requirements. Polite, tidy and very helpful. We were very happy to deal with Infinity and would highly recommend anyone to use them.

We had our solar installation done 5 months ago and the system has proved to be very reliable, saving considerable amounts of money on our energy bills. Now the summer months are here we make more energy than we use for the house and electric car combined, resulting in our electricity provider paying us at the end of the month. I estimate that over the year we will make the same amount of electricity as we use and with cheap rate night time energy tariffs combined with good feed in rates we will actually make money each year.

The apps are easy to use and provide plenty of information, but in reality everything works in the background and nothing needs to be changed or adjusted.

All in all a very positive experience.

If you want a Solar Installation, you need to look no further than Infinity Energy Services Ltd. This company working with Solar Together and Square Scaffolding. Installed a Solar array, inverter and battery at our home.

Professional, friendly, flexible and helpful at all stages. Our knowledge of Solar could fit on a pin head. However, infinity and its team made us confident that it could all be done with no fuss or bother.

Every stage was clearly explained and options given. We felt in control of the process from start to finish. They were tidy and competant installers and took great care of our premises and garden.

Nothing seemed too much trouble and our questions or requests did not phase them. It gave us great reassurance and peace of mind to know that our installation was being handled competantly.

It was easy to make contact with their office and all calls emails were handle promptly, no need to call back, or follow up a call!!!

All we can say is if you like us were daunted by the idea of a solar array, inverter and battery with little or no knowledge of solar. Then you need Infinity Energy Services.

They do what they say they will do and more. Everything went as planned and all time frame appointments were punctual.

Finally the app that you use on your phone to monitor the system. Is so easy to use. Us non technical bods can use it with confidence!

The installation process was seamless after a 5 week wait, this because we needed authority to feed up to 6kw from our panels into the grid, everything is working great, hardly use any electricity from the grid, the batteries last until morning when the panels kick in again, would definitely recommend Infinity Energy
