Only recently discovered this amazing local butchers after being recommended goodness knows how many times… and am I pleased that I did!

Wonderful, friendly service and incredibly knowledgeable with great advice. As for the quality of their produce… just sublime.
Amongst other things, I bought the most fantastic piece of pork tenderloin to cook a special dinner for my Mum and it really was truly the best thing I’ve cooked for a long time; flavourful, tender, moist, divine.

We struggled to find a quality butchers since our local butchers shop closed due to retirement. We tried a few around Bedford to no avail. Luckily someone recommended Ingle and Caves to us. Amazing service and amazing produce.

Excellent butcher. We are staying locally for a week and went there today. Really friendly and so helpful. Bought interesting sausages and had a delicious pork chop this evening. Highly recommended

My husband loves everything from this shop. New discovery for him are the chicken apricot sausages which were a huge hit with our guests too. Everyone at the shop are super friendly & they keep the place exceptionally clean. They take safety precautions very seriously. A real gem in the Marston village.

Great Rump Steak. Love the pork Sausages especially the chipolatas which BBQ'd beautifully this weekend. Also had a rolled pork belly which Ingles rolled and tied for me. I braised with its ribs in a Gordon Ramsey recipe, its skin did lovely crackling. Nothing is ever left!

I have been coming to these butchers for well over 10 years and my partner is part of a four generation customer, I have always been greeted with a smile and friendly welcoming 'Hello', the selection of meat has you thinking which to choose from as they all look very appealing, the different flavored sausage filling are extremely tasty along with the home made pies, pasties and sausage rolls, also there are a nice selection of cheeses along with cooked meats and the vegetable selection has also come in handy when I have run short,.
I am a very pleased customer and will continue to be one for many more years to come

Do not goto this butcher and think what is on the counter is the only thing they have, its a small shop with a small counter, they have a lot more available and will custom make anything you like, Olis sausage is amazing, but you can get sausage stuffed chicken in any sausage meat you desire. Oh.. And just ask for any meat in Colin size.. You won't go hungry..
