I bought an EC35 van yesterday from Vanwise, and the aftercare call I got from Chris at IA who seems to cover technical enquiries was awesome. He was clearly on the other end of the line looking at an instrument cluster I had questions about, gave me advice, tips, didn't try to sell anything and even said if I ran into trouble I could contact him as he's often in my neck of the woods! I didn't expect such good service, especially for a reasonably priced EV.

As another reviewer put, I can only imagine the reviewers claiming fraud, scams and other such things with zero evidence (that if true would warrant a court case not a Google review!) Must be disgruntled competitors to be writing such libelous drivel.

It's really good to see that automakers from China are finally breaking the stranglehold of overpriced vehicles in the UK, and an 8 year battery warranty to boot and official servicing at any Halfords auto centre? Can't go wrong. Keep it coming DFSK and Innovation Automotive, and keep Chris on your team, he's awesome.

As previously stated a company who engage in insurance scams. Break checking cars with their cheaply made vehicles and then lying to their insurance etc. Be aware. Never buy from them or do business
