My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. They fail to fulfill orders, and when issues arise, the staff is uncooperative and actively obstructs any attempts to escalate matters to management. To make matters worse, they’ve delivered goods to the wrong address. If you value your time and peace of mind, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

As a selfbuilder I’ve been doing lots of kitchen and bedroom furniture recently and needed extra parts. These guys had a good selection of Blum Aventos parts and good price so went with them. Order came and was mixed up with someone else’s but they jumped in there van and came over to my house to sort the matter out. I will definitely use them again for price and customer service

I tried to call and resolve an issue and wanted to speak to a manager. I was told that this was not an option and that I would need to send an email. I find this service to be inadequate as this is something that could easily be resolved over a call. I believe a simple chat with the manager would have rectified the problem. Please take this as constructive criticism.

I am doing a DIY project, so I don't have access to "trader" prices. Interfit have the cheapest prices I have seen. Everything arrives on time. They also have amazing customer service. I ordered some drawer runners without locking device, because I didn't know they were needed, and they called me themselves to ask if this was a mistake. They also gave me advice on what type of hinges I should buy, etc. It's also really easy to call them up to track an order or ask questions. Really happy with them, and if I need anything that they stock, I would get it from them.

Made and received an order for BLUM parts last year and one of the items supplied was wrong.

They said incorrectly supplied items must be notified to them within 7 days.

If your are a business buying from this supplier, which I'm not, it's buyer beware. If you are a consumer, as I am, don't expect any common sense.

As to the thinly veiled accusation that I'm fraudulently asking for replacement of the wrong item I obtained from someone else. More bowel motion than Blumotion.

We use Interfit for Blum hinges and drawer runners. They are not only a Blum stockist but also a Hafele agent. They hold a good stock level and have found that if you call in they usually have what you need there and then but if not it will be in for you the next day. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
