I called in Iron Designs to renovate our balcony. On first inspection it looked a fairly straightforward job, but the further Richard and the team got into the job, the more we discovered past errors, ommissions and rusting metal, then we had to get some brickwork done too. Throughout it all though, Iron Designs kept me informed of work progress, the workmen were very polite and most importantly, clean and tidy! I can't recommend them highly enough - and the price was reasonable too, well done!!

A homeless gentleman was seeking refuge where he could get out of the wind and rain over the winter as he's receiving no help from the local council. Iron Designs were soon on call to help close off the small enclosure making sure the man can disturb no one no more.

Very unprofessional and disappointing aftercare! Happy to take the money but they have ignored my repeated requests to resolve their design flaw. I am left with badly designed/made balustrade/bannister.

Poor communication, failed to carry out the brief, didn't listen, slow, uncaring, unhelpful and unapologetic. Left us with a shoddy, unfinished job which we are now employing someone else to finish properly.
