I found iron Octopus through EBay, I got in contact with Ben, He was more than helpful and knows his products, I Initially bought two Juliet balconies from him, He then made me a bespoke Hand rail with glass for my front steps, Everything is high quality and fits well. Ordered a Juliet balcony from them, quick turnaround considering the size was bespoke and the quality of the finish was brilliant, they kept me informed of progress and gave me a call half hour before delivery so overall really pleased and love our new balcony! Really pleased would highly recommend and great price too so overall it’s a thumbs up from us!

Wasn’t sure what bolts were best to use so gave them a call and now they even sent me a link to the best ones so took the pain out of finding the right ones to use.

Exceptional quality product, on time and for a very reasonable price.

Really good communication from Ben. If only others in the construction industry were half this good it would make life a lot easier.

Ordered a pair of window security grilles. For the price I didn't know what to expect. They have been made with care and are really.nice quality.

Collection very easy, just turn up at the yard when they are open.

Cannot recommend this business enough, a pleasure to order from.

I will be back when I can think of another metal object I can use, maybe a new gate for the wife is in order!

I needed a custom Juliette Balcony rail to meet building regulations when we fitted the new window.
One phone call to Ben at Iron Octopus and an Addingham was ordered.
Less than a fortnight later, it was delivered by Paul and I fitted it as soon as we got a bit of sunshine!
