I needed a VHS made. It was of an old TV kids show that a chap I support really wanted. It was impossible to find for purchase. After explaining, the challenge was appected and completed exactly as needed. The chap I support was very happy so I highly recommend using these media services.

Found 5 old VHS video tapes of my children's childhood (they're 36 now). The tapes had mould on them which can cause a problem when transferring to DVD but IT Media did a great job. Thanks for my memories ? highly recommend

I contacted Ray via email regarding some 8mm camcorder tapes that I wanted to transfer to USB. Half of them had mould damage. Ray was very quick to respond to my message and answered any questions I had.
I posted them to him on the 3rd January and by the 7th I had a call to tell me that the transfer had been successful and that he would post them back to me special delivery that same day. I received them a couple of days later.
It has been lovely to be able to watch home videos that I haven’t seen in years and especially to see footage of my grandparents who have both passed away.
I highly recommend IT Media Services. The service from Ray has been excellent.

Ray did an excellent job of preserving treasured family memories by transferring both audio (reel-to-reel) and visual (cine) to a wonderfully portable and easily accessible USB stick. This was all done on site - so no need to worry about irreplaceable items going astray in the mail - and the results are better than we could have hoped for. The cost and the timescale to complete this job was very reasonable indeed and I would encourage anyone to trust IT Media Services to preserve any sentimental recordings you are keeping in your attic hoping they will be ok. One day they won't be and then all is lost! Get them out and take that trip down memory lane. Thanks Ray.

After clearing out my mums house I found a bag of broken, sticky video tapes (covered in the grand children’s sweets over the years). The label said my sons first birthday and Christmas on them. There was no way I ever believed these could be repaired and viewed even in part given the condition and 21 years of being lost. How wrong I was Ray not only mended them he recovered everything on them. I can’t explain how much this means to me, if you have any old videos take them to Ray have them put onto a memory stick. But remember to take your tissues it could be emotional. I can’t thank or recommend Ray enough, what a lovely man and an amazing gift to be able to give people back lost memories.

Simple services done very well indeed. They will take literally any format and master it onto a digital media format, if that's what you're looking for, look no further than this place. Whilst you drop off too, you can visit Westbourne arcade for its wonderful coffee places and lovely gift shops too.
