Pro's: Great value for money parts. I was using a different supplier but the parts from IT-Tech are considerably cheaper and of same quality.

Con's: Does not reply to emails and phone number does not work.

I have an order query about late delivery on one order, to which ParcelForce have advised me to claim from the company

A second order was placed and paid for next day delivery only to have the order confirmation say it's been sent by Royal Mail 48 - which is NOT next day delivery!

So both orders need the delivery charges refunded. Each time I've paid £9.60 for 24h delivery (confirmed in the sales confirmation I received)

I expect someone to contact me as soon as possible by replying to my emails sent or by replying here with a resolution please.

Perhaps the outcome of the resolution will cause me to change my rating but at the moment, if you don't respond to emails or phone calls, I will be sourcing a different supplier

After alot of research looking for a suitable solid rigid cnc router I decided to purchase one of the larger machines from IT-TECH and definitely made the right choice.. I opted for there 1030mm cutting area in the X and Y plane.. machine is VERY rigid which is key for high precision.. Top quality components are used throughout and built to a very high standard.. communication with Tom at IT-TECH was excellent.. Highly recommended if your looking for a very solid rigid machine 👍thanks.

I purchased a leadscrew cnc machine from IT-Tech and paired it with my Makita Router.

Tom was extremely helpful and knowledgable taking the time to answer my emailed questions before I had made the decision to purchase. He allowed me to visit to see his machine working and helped me to work out the final spec of the machine which I eventually purchased. I was then able to pick it up a few days later.

After I set it up I managed to mess up the settings. Tom took the time to try to sort the error out over the phone but it it had to be returned to base for reprogramming. Moral is take backups before making changes - I should know better.

I now have the cnc machine up and running and it works well. I am already enjoyng the sence of acheivement of producing trial pieces.

I would definetly recommend IT-Tech and will no doubt shop with them for consumables and upgrades.

Purchased a Leadscrew from IT-Tech-UK. Despatched quickly and everything looked fine. Parcelforce were a nightmare and didn't ring the bell (usually they're fine, so no idea what went on here and we have a RING doorbell so I checked the logs). Unfortunately it went back to IT Tech. They were really good with re-arranging delivery and the whole process was seamless. They did a great job given it must have been extra hassle on their part!

Great CNC parts eBay seller. The products have good quality, and Tom is always happy to help if you have any issues.
