This company is running scam marketing campaigns. Products are not available, payment is taken and then not delivered. Make sure your refund is actually made! Customer Service is unavailable (phone lines are switched off) and email response is no help whatsever. You will wait weeks with nonsense emails about your orders shipment to you and then at the last minute when the offer is about to expire you will receive an update saying that delivery was not possible even though tracking shows it never got anywhere near your address. Do not buy from this company.

This is my second time of a order missing. 1st time amazon shipping lost it before it was even sent out for delivery. 2nd time delivered it to wrong address. Trying to talk to someone about this is extremely hard. Keep getting disconnected after a 30 minute wait. Just managed to eventually talk to someone and got disconnected again. Worst customer service department ever

The security staff are friendly and helpful.
It also has a nice clean subsidised canteen and shop.
As for access for an hgv...an absolute joke.you go round a one way system barely wide enough for a car,and it only takes one contractor to park on the one way flow,,and you're buggered.the 3 stars are for the nice security people and the canteen.
I wouldn't give 1 star for the access.
Stuck on the trailer park for nearly 2 hours because of careless contractor parking.
Badly needs sorting out.

I returned a coffee maker back in March. They have not refunded my £100. I have tried to contact them but they either fail to answer or put the phone down. I have contacted trading standards now because I want my money back.

HGV Advice

As per other reviews it can be a bit complicated to tip here! One of the bays you potentially have to back into is by far the tightest you will ever encounter!

Stop at the gate house and tell them its your first time, the guy who I dealt with was very helpful and told me what I needed to do! I think its a different process for different deliveries so I wont bother explaining it here.

They have wheel clamp bays that lock you trailer to the building, so back onto the bays slowly, and DONT try to drive off unless the lights green!

It took two hours to tip 38 pallets but I did arrive at their break time, doh!

Nice smell of coffee though!!!!

I love coffee but most of the days the whole city smells like burnt coffee. And most of their coffees are awful anyway. A second star because they are one of the biggest employers in the area.

Security guards at entry point for HGVs are very nice and helpfull. There is not much space for parking HGVs/ Lorries inside the complex. Gates for un/loading are a bit tight for backing with trailer, but there is always someone who will help. Warehouse workers at office for un/loading are also great, explained me every question that I have had. Looking forward to get here any time 🙂
