Jali is an absolutely wonderful company to deal with and I cannot recommend them enough. I have used them a number of times over the past 10 years and have always been so happy with the work they have completed for me.

As a company, they are unique in that they can supply made to order flat packs that look like custom items. I used them to block up a doorway and create a display piece. I also had them make a cupboard that fitted into a window recess to make a window seat. Such an affordable way to get a custom look.

The items are always delivered on time and in beautiful condition and the measurements are spot on every time.

The only criticism I have (and it’s a very small one), is that delivery to Northern Ireland can be a bit pricey. It doesn’t stop me using them though.

Use this company - you will not be disappointed.

Good website that allows you to visualise the product you're wanting, highly recommended, parts were delivered on time and very easy to install the units. Living in a bungalow normally means that storage space is in short supply. We decided to increase our storage by installing floor to ceiling slide robes. Having previously used Jali in the past we used the Jali on line CAD system to design our Space Saver shelving to maximise what space we had. We decided to upgrade our new storage shelving to included a top coat of white finish paint to blend in with the slide robes. We were very impressed with Jalis attention to detail with the way the shelving was packaged, it was first rate. The delivery guys were on time and also very helpful and careful.

Brilliant service and quality for a very reasonable price.

I ordered 10 alcove shelves to fit either side of a chimney breast (5 each side). They were slightly different measurements on either side so awkward to fit anything that wasn’t bespoke without gaps.

They took a little longer than initially expected but this was communicated clearly. They fit brilliantly and everything was packed and delivered perfectly. They were easy to put up and the quality seems excellent. I’ll definitely be back to order more to make the best use of awkward spaces.

The design software Jali use is excellent. The lead time for my shelving units was 3 weeks as promised. I would point out that the assembly instructions are somewhat generic, as they point out, so some interpretation/adaptation is required, but the quality of the materials is top class and easy to assemble. The labelling of the boxes was not quite accurate but a call to the support line very quickly answered my queries - I would use Jali again and recommend them to all.

It was very easy to design the desk I wanted on their website - it did take a lot of measuring and playing around with the design, but it had the benefit of coming out much cheaper than buying a standard flat pack desk from a shop, and I was able to add holes for my cables to go through the desk which turned out to be so helpful for tidy cables.

The wood is also high quality and the edging didn't start coming away like another company I used before.

An Excellent Product from a Company with Great Customer Services.

I ordered a self designed bookcase from the great folks at Jali. The website has a really easy to use design page with many options for size, style, colour etc and, if you’ve got any questions, their customer services are great. Communication with Jali is easy. As mentioned in other testimonials, it’s not the cheapest ‘flat pack’ furniture; however, it is quality. The instructions were easy to understand and it was easy to build - this one needed help as it weighs 300kg! My only - very minor - complaint is that, if anything it’s TOO WELL made: putting the shelves together (I have 5 bookshelves attached by bolts) required EXACTLY placing the shelves together for the screw to meet the bolt. I made the pilot hole 1mm wider; after that it was easy.

This is a great bit of furniture and I expect it to last longer than I do! I’m already planning my next bit of Jali furniture!
