Encountered one of your lovely drivers today who thought it was ok to cut us up at speed near Lakeside on purpose and then thought he would try to intimidate me by siding up to my car and getting verbal using foul language ,well the clap I gave you you really deserved and what a foul mouth you have. James Latham Timber are 5 star most of the time but just like any other supplier sometimes they can deliver a sub-standard product. This has happened to our company on two occasions recently and even when confronted with photographic evidence they find it impossible to put their hands up and agree. I think their reputation for good quality has made them arrogant so don't expect much assistance when things do go wrong. I had to take our most recent complaint directly to the manufacturer who were far more helpful
