We commissioned Jay for a drone video fly through, both inside and outside of our facility in Plymouth, as well as ground videos and photos.

The service we got far exceeded our expectations and the experience and skill Jay has in his profession was clear to see from the moment we started to do work with him. The photos and videos themselves were of the highest quality but it's the work that Jay does behind the scenes that made us realise the value for money we were getting.

On the day of shooting the drone video, the weather was poor (no surprises there) and we were unable to get the outside shot. Jay made sure he came back on a further two occasions to ensure he got the perfect shot for us.. and he nailed it!

I cannot recommend Jay enough! We had him for our wedding day and he captured it in a way I didn’t think possible. Before the wedding, Jay was clear and communicative about plans and flexible to our schedule. He was discreet throughout the day without missing any of the moments, polite and good fun to have around. The photos came back in the time frame promised and the editing done on them was second to none. He also offered to do any additional touch ups if we wanted. So when I was planning my wedding people would say to me, make sure you choose a good photographer, the photographer next to your registrar are the most important people and it's only now that I'm 4 weeks post my wedding day that I am realising why. There was so much that I had forgotten about until I began looking through my beautifully raw and candid photos that Jay managed to shoot. Not only did he take pictures of me & I didn't realise he was there but he did that with most of my guests. I gave him a very long list of photos that I definitely wanted & he made sure that they were all taken. He worked tactically during a very wet & drizzly day to photograph us outside when he could & quickly bring us back inside just as it rained again. I don't know how he did it... he must be weather psychic! All of my family & friends have commented to say beautiful our photos are! I got them back fairly quickly and in a password protected gallery and Jay made sure that the photos of just me & Tom were made private just in case we didn't want everyone to see them. Jay showed up on time & looked and acted professionally all the time. The informal contract that Jay prepared was a nice touch for making you feel like the service being offered to you is reliable and professional. I felt that Jay was reasonably priced considering how amazing his images are. I truly have no complaints and I truly cannot thank Jay enough for providing me with our perfect wedding photos that I will cherish and forever have visual memories of a day that just seemed to fly by way too quickly for me to mentally capture. 1,000,000% recommend. The whole day was perfectly seamless with Jay consistently checking our notes to make sure we had all the photos we wished for and more. At the pre shoot he made us feel relaxed in front of the camera which shone through on our wedding day. Jay has photographed two separate occasions for myself and my wife now, a small wedding ceremony and a larger wedding party. He was outstanding on both occasions. We could not possibly recommend him enough. His skill with photography is second to none, he has fantastic people skills allowing you to never feel under pressure but to ensure that you get the day you want. He is also extremely talented at getting the candid shots without being an obstruction to the day, a skill that I imagine is incredibly difficult.
