An absolutely useless van centre, was booked in for an oil change and when I arrived at 8:30 was told it wouldn’t be looked at till after lunch. I can’t sit there for hours on end when I’m self employed and had to travel 50mins to get there in the 1st place, staff don’t care at all. Now booked in with another branch and won’t ever use this one again. Avoid

I dropped in on spec today as I was passing, as last time I did this they went beyond the call of duty to be friendly and help me out. I had an oil/fumes smell in the cab on my t6, kamil had a Quick Look under the bonnet found the problem in about 3 seconds which was that the oil cap had not been replaced following a service at another vw van centre. Just taking a couple of minutes probably saved me hours having to book and waste a day getting my van in and out of my usual dealership. Thanks kamil you are a total star it’s really appreciated!

Hired a van online. Super easy service. Got brand new van automatic (required) it was amazing to drive, great on diesel. I also rang to book the second day and it was sorted no fuss. The gentleman that helped us was friendly and helpful. The price was fantastic. We will be back, thank you

I was looking for a special VW Transporter T28, and eventually found the West Yorkshire VW van centre.

I delt with a fantatsic guy Martin, he made me feel welcome and explained all from start to finish helped me and answered all questions even in his own personal time.

Fantastic service and professionalisim from start to finish very happy with the van and will definitely purchase another from this group.... excellent buy with confidence thanks again guys Stuart Game

I took my fan to be repaired under warranty, for a secondary water pump. Drove the van home after picking it up to find water dripping out of it. Phone the next working day to report the issue. They said it’s a damaged radiator by a stone, this apparently happened in the 5 miles it took to drive it home, and refused to take responsibility of the damage. I won’t be using them again and recommend if your reading this review you don't either!!
