The whole crew were great from start to finish. We had a range of different quotes done, helping us decide what we wanted. They were informative at every stage. We settled on a heat pump and radiators throughout, upgrading from old night storage heaters. During the fitting, they were prompt, polite, tidy and happy to work with us to make sure we got the best outcome. I was particularly impressed by how hard they worked to accommodate my working from home during the fitting so my video calls were as little noise disrupted as possible. Can't thank them enough!

The team at JD were always there when they said they would.
They worked well as a team and they knew what was to be completed.
We had a complete water and heating system replaced, 4 new bathrooms, full plumbing replacement and heating, we went with an air heat pump, underfloor heating, thermaskirt and a small radiator circuit for the towel rails and the office.
Everything was finished on time even when they had to re arrange for some other trades delays.
All in all we trusted James and the team to manage all of the plumbing and heating, THANK YOU, they did it well.
There were only a few issues throughout, these were resolved immediately.
I would highly recommend this company.

I first contacted JD Heating & Renewables in July to correct a number of faults identified during a Vaillant service of our Arotherm ASHP, which had been installed about two years prior to us buying the house. They did a great job, quickly resolving all of the issues which were largely due to poor workmanship by the original installers. They have since returned since to make further improvements which have significantly increased the overall efficiency and performance of the system. Therefore, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend JD Heating for ASHP problems - the company is a ‘Vaillant-approved’ contractor and James and his engineers are friendly, approachable, extremely knowledgeable and provide a very high quality service.

I have had numerous work completed over the years by James and the team at JD heating & renewables. I wouldn't use anyone else as they have always completed the job to a high standard. James has a lot of knowledge and is definitely a specialist in his industry.

Not only have I always been happy with the work they have done, but they have managed my expectations the right way and been very easy to deal with.
