I made the mistake of buying a pair of binoculars from this company (online) for £35 that turned out to be cheap plastic rubbish.
When I told them I wanted to return them, I had to pay nearly £5 for the return postage. How is it that right ?
Avoid this company. They have NO ethics and their customer care is nonexistent.

I sent my film for developing and received very poor quality scans and prints that had a blue tint on each picture. Customer service was decent, but quality of work was poor.

Had some questions about which Polaroid camera to purchase and the staff were extremely helpful. The camera was faulty but I returned it and they helped me sort the issue ! Very kind and excellent staff. Scott was very helpful in particular and their colleague whose name I didn’t catch but had a lovely piercing was amazing as well !

Great customer service and support at this store - the staff are beyond helpful. They have helped me create photo books, canvas prints and sorted photo prints. They go the extra mile and this is not that easy to find these days to be honest.
Their prices are competitive, the quality is high standard and delivery times are great.

It’s a shame physical camera shops are in decline ! I had some issues with my old Canon EOS 500D and visited this Leeds store from our home near Lincoln. The customer experience we had was excellent, very knowledgeable and looked at all areas to help solve my issues, whilst I wasn’t able to make a purchase there and then, I won’t hesitate to recommend Jessops and this branch to anyone and hope I can buy something soon, Simon (I think this was his name - sorry ) in particular is worthy of praise for the time helping me, rather than being focussed purely on a sale.
