Went to JHS with my R6 as I've had some issues with power delivery whilst on track. Had a dyno run which was booked in easily by the friendly ladies on the desk. Will was great and identified the fuelling issues that needed work and how to resolve them. Suggested some rectifications which were carried out quickly and to an amazing standard. Will gave my bike a well needed once over and made some suggestions and generally went the extra mile, he was very quick to respond via email and the communication was faultless. Thanks to all. I'll be back!

Absolutely fantastic and faultless service. Tracy and Will who I dealt with today were absolutely super. Helped me out at very short notice. New fuel system fitted to my Suzuki Bandit. (tank, pump, injectors, sparks etc). It's like getting a brand new bike. They were clear at all times, communicated brilliantly and I couldn't be happier with the work. These folks know their onions.

Started racing SV650's in 2024 and had immediate bike issues. Brought the bike to JHS who solved the issues and gave me a reliable motocycle for the rest of the season. I then booked in to have some work done to improve the bike at the end of the year. I've just collected the bike and the attention to detail is second to none. Will has drastically improved the bike and I cannon wait for 2025 to begin. Were new to the sport and they have made us feel very welcome and helped us throughout the year. Thank you all at JHS.

Absolutely dreadful way of operating a business. After two weeks of my bike just sat in their workshop and £300 out of pocket, the bike hadn’t been touched.

During that time I called four times. The first to check my bike had arrived. The second to get an indication of time to book the return courier. The third to ask if the end of the month was possible to not lose my track day spot. The fourth to chase this and the owner James told me to collect my bike. His words were “I’ll stop you there, you can come and collect your bike.” In a punitive childish manner. Well done you.

After an initial conversation where I opened up with “I’m a bald middle aged man with a first world problem” and after calling countless places James agreed to take my bike to fit an 1199 exhaust. It involved modifying a Y piece. Looking at their website they claim to fit exhausts and appear to have racing heritage. One would expect a business like this to have at least taken the fairing off, removed the stock exhaust, made an assessment of what was needed and communicated accordingly. Even if that was fit an alternative off the shelf item.

However the non existent communication and complete disregard for any level of customer service and satisfaction resulted in this situation.

Rarely do I find a business that treats customers with such contempt.

Jhs has just done my Suzuki gsx 1400 fitted yoshi cams and down pipes pod filters and a custom map well all I can say simply is amazing work there knowledge is second to none kept in touch with me all the way though the work and like to say a big thank you to them the bike is amazing highly recommend them 👍

It is a shame when you have to resort to social media, but unfortunately when you are dealing with unscrupulous and dishonest traders you have little choice. The picture on the right is my clutch cable installed by Triumph in 2013. On the left is my throttle cable replaced by JHS Racing in November 2021. When I brought up the poor quality and concern that it was not a genuine Triumph part, James Holland spent the next few weeks insisting that it was my problem and I should contact Triumph. When I did contact Triumph and had them confirm that the cable was not a genuine part, Mr Holland refused to make good or acknowledge that he had used inferior parts. He then continually tried to mislead me. If this is what he does with a cheap part like a cable then I worry for those spending more with his firm. Do not use this company. Dishonest. A real shame.

Professional team and outstanding Customer service.
I originally had a suspension service and set up on February 2023 and after one year February 2024 both my front suspension started to leak badly, the leak was so strong that the oil reached the brake system raising concern. Once I contacted with JHS disappointed the whole team arranged a extraordinary ride in and ride out on the same day.
The leak was due grit and debris probably caused from my everyday commuting.
I really Appreciate empathy on my disappointment and their quick resolution.
Now it's 3 month ish and the suspension are working as new.
