Ben charged £3500 for a 3 door wardrobe. It was not measured correctly so there is not enough depth to hang up large items. The workmanship was poor, Ben left pencil marks, a chip on the side panel, no caps for screws and a poor quality spray finish. The unit was left dirty upon completion & Ben put the handles on at 3 different heights. The mirrors for the doors were cheap acrylic plastic, not what we requested and not fitted properly. The adhesive used was so potent we couldn’t sleep in the room for days. My partner is pregnant and this was so strong it was giving her headaches. Ben was content with this wardrobe until questioned, When pointing out the faults, Ben didn’t offer a concession or take responsibility. He replaced the mirrors on the doors & the doors were resprayed & handles fixed but the wardrobe is not fully functional. As soon as Ben was paid, I was blocked on WhatsApp, Ben was far more interested in getting paid than providing a quality service I would not recommend.

Ben has since responded to my feedback calling it false when in reality I have the photos to support my claim and the entire correspondence. Instead of taking responsibility you’ve chosen to claim it as false, a severe lack of integrity , happy for any future customer wanting to receive a quote from Jig Joinery to contact me to see the work carried out
