0 STARS RODENT TOOTH IN MY FOOD, DISGUSTING!!!!

Rodent tooth in cheese burger. Absolutely 0 out of ten stars for this unhygienic unprofessional mess.
Video proof you can see and hear clearly that it is a tooth, but will only allow me to add photos.
Restaurant that food was bought from all agreed it was a tooth and refunded immediately, they then informed us of where the food is distributed from.

Driver named Rosen has terrible attitude and experience. He has no patience and so rude. Driver named Josef is good . Please reply to my review with Josef's delivery day I will order the day he works .

Absolutely great as always.
Arrived within the 30 minute collection slot and was met by two very friendly, smiling, professional Chaps who located my order very quickly and triple checked that everything was as it should be.
I was in and out within five minutes…And that included me loading the car with the order.

Poor customer service when things go wrong and it's their fault when they do. Frequently get sent wrong items or get sent items poorly described which need to be returned. Drivers act clueless and blame it on other staff at the depot. Savings ordering here aren't significant and definitely not worth the hassle, only order when they have special offers if you want go make it worthwhile.

I have been a customer of JJ food service for a 4 years. I have been experiencing lately a very poor service. Last week my order was scheduled between 11am to 12am, the driver arrived around 7pm instead, first of all it's 7 hours later then expected, and second during the busiest time in my shop, which obviously caused me inconveniences. I am away now, but before I left I have spoken to Manager of company to make sure that when my colleagues will be making orders that all deliveries will be on time. He was very promising and said he will make sure that my colleagues will not have any issues. However when my colleagues called the company on Monday to make an order for Tuesday, they were told that the company has not enough drivers and therefore they can not deliver food, which means the company simply did let us down. I am very disappointed with the service they provide as it is absolutely not my responsibility but their to make sure there are enough drivers, how it is even possible that such a big company has no drivers. Very unfortunately I have no choice but to look for another supplier. Will not recommend this company anymore.
