James had his team have done a fantastic job building the side and rear extension to our terraced house. James is a true professional with a real eye for detail. He was a great help getting our project off the ground and always considered our needs and kept us informed. The team were lovely, highly skilled and always helpful. We have a beautiful extension finished to a very high standard and would recommend James and his team to anyone.

James picked up a large job converting a commercial premises into three luxury apartments. The job was started by a previous rogue builder but James took the job on and dealt with all of the existing problems, and finished all three flats to a very high standard. Top quality work with all stresses taken away by his hard work and an eye for detail. Thanks James

JJ Mullane and team were appointed to refurb a seafront property in Whitstable, which effectively entailed a full scale remodel of the entire building. James is an amazing communicator and someone you can trust as soon as you meet him. He immediately put me at ease with his intended schedule and how the budget would be allocated at the various stages of the build. James provided me with clear updates and we regularly met to discuss the next steps of the project, ensuring I was fully briefed throughout. The quality and attention to detail that James applies to all aspects of the job is first class. James is a perfectionist and you won’t find another company that cares as much as James and team. I have used James on two projects now and I can always guarantee that what’s handed over to me at the end of a project is of top quality. James was incredibly helpful working directly with the architect, structural engineer, council and all other trades on site and everyone knew exactly what they are doing at all times. James runs a tidy and happy site and I can highly recommend his unique eye for detail and his professional manner, no matter how big or small of a project!! Thank you JJ Mullane.
