Sadly I cannot support the previous reviews. Despite several communications regarding non-delivery of an item ordered 2 weeks ago the delivery company failed again today. Now cancelled order so let's see how good the refund process goes !

Well some good news by way of update. The delivery company decided to deliver on the 4th occasion - and although I was tempted to send it back I was struck by the high quality of this UK and well made Cattle Water Trough. Following all of this John Bright have contacted me to apologise for the delivery company poor performance. I am looking to order more in the near future on the back of the quality of the goods....

After building works were completed I required a new garden gate to finish the project off and also act as a practical barrier for an inquisitive terrier and head strong toddler.

John Bright's was the only choice for us as they were able to custom build a pair of quality hardwood garden gates to precisely fit the side access.

From initial enquiry to finished job the customer service we received was excellent. The gates were fitted on time and I could not be happier with the result - the craftsmanship is fantastic. They are sturdy, secure and I know they will last a very long time.

Lovely to have such a fantastic team locally. I ordered a bespoke small animal housing and it was built to an incredibly high standard. And the staff are just lovely. I visit regularly for sheep supplies and they always go above and beyond. Thank you!!

We have been searching for a specific tpye of garden fence panel for some time. We were pleased to find exactly the kind we wanted online at John Birght Fencing at easily the best price too.

We had to call the company to ask a couple of questions including delivery. Beth in customer services was just brilliant helping us with advice and suggestions that have made this purchase and delivery a perfect buying experience. We asked John Bright fencing to install 9 fence panels with concrete posts and gravel boards to replace a dilapidated old fence. First all the old concreted in fence posts had to be removed but they were well equipped and self sufficient. They had a generator for the power tools, drums of water for the cement and even a portaloo so they did not have to enter our house during covid. An excellent idea. The installers, Rich, Matt and Josh were happy, friendly, professional and considerate. They did an absolutely superb job which we are extremely happy with. They managed to install the fencing and posts without damaging the plants in close proximity. The price charged was very reasonable for the amount of work and materials involved. We are very satisfied and highly recommend them.
