It is great place to get service particularly for being able to accommodate whilst engaged in his routine. I have known the bike shop for 3 years and I get charged extra one pound more than the requested amount. I wish John can be transparent why such charge is applied.

After a very poor bike service and other repairs from a local bike mechanic just one month ago, I got fantastic service from John. He fixed the brakes, gears, pedals and bar ends and what a different riding experience it is - it's like a new bike! I am so happy to have found John's Cycles and highly recommend him.

I had my bike inflated at this shop and then it got a flat tire. I paid £70 to have it fixed on the spot. But it got a flat tire naturally the next day even though I never rode it after that. Clearly a mistake in the repair. I paid for the result that the flat tire was fixed, but if it didn't have a good result, I thought they should fix it for free or discounted. But they said I should pay for their labor, so if I want to fix it, I have to pay the same again. I don't agree.

I bought a repair kit for £2 and fixed it myself. I was able to remove the tire by just removing a few nuts. The spoke part had broken off due to deterioration and was stuck between the inner tyre and the tire, which was the cause of the puncture. Did they check for contaminants before inflating the tyre? I would like a refund.

Great service every time I have been in! I took my bike to have a pedal fixed before Ride London and John noticed that I had a serious issue with my wheel and although he was very busy, he took the time to give sound advice and repair the issues.

Without this help I would 100% not have been able to complete the Ride London of event.

A brilliant local cycle shop which I will continue to support. #shoplocal

Just bought my son his first proper bike. The staff member, Bambo, was very helpful with the initial phone enquiry and the subsequent visit where I bought a bike. I was confident that I received the correct advice and decided to go up a £100 on limit price.
I'm jealous now and will keep in touch for a bike of my own
