Owner and son both verbally abusive on delivery of shed. Do NOT EVER use. Most obnoxious and rudest pair i have ever had the misfortune of meeting . Shed is pathetic. Unbelievable !!!!!

Simply brilliant. Called at the business and spoke to a lovely gentleman. I explained we where desperate for a shed ASAP. He said it would be delivered and erected the next day. It was delivered and built the next day by two very happy and efficient men. Job superbly done. Love my shed, 100% better than B&Q.

I have had a fence and a shed from Johns timber, they provide a great service. Good quality products at a reasonable price. The shed has a solid timber floor, unlike the inferior MDF floors on mass produced sheds. I would definitely recommend them and will certainly be using them again for any future garden projects

Excellent shed I bought froms Johns, quite a while ago, when based at Dragonville area, a really good shed, so going to buy another one VERY soon. The lads were quick, efficient, the shed is a cracker, much better quality than the stuff from B and Q etc.

Ordered shed on the 26/6 and told 6-8 week lead time, but probably be 8 weeks. Rang again 27/8 for update and told that it was in workshop and would be finished the next day. However, because it was Bank holiday weekend, it would be delivered Tuesday, approx. 9.30.
When it had not been delivered by 11.30, I rang to find out what was happening, only to be asked "who told you that". When I told him the conversation I had with him on the previous Thursday he realised it was him!!! Told they would do their best to get it made but I decided to cancel the order and went to the office the next day to get my deposit back and was told that he had messed up. However, he made no real effort to keep my order going, which suggests that they had used the materials for someone else. BE CAREFUL IF YOU USE THEM.

I've been twice first time they were helpful and couldn't fault the place second time - different fella and a completely different experience. Unhelpful and rude. 5* for the first visit and 1* for second. Tried to support local traders but wont be going back!

Not happy... now charging to cut wood down. Yet the big chains do up to 15 cuts free. I would have thought they would do it for free also but it's not. Won't be returning there again after a year of using them and not being charged. Back to b&q for me. Very random prices all made up. You don't know where u stand there. Shame .
