I went into the beautiful fronted shop today, it's only small but immaculate. Many varieties of fudge, toffees and sweets. Amazing prices and a lovely polite man working on the till, very helpful. The bags where fuller but I've tried them all and they are scrumptious

Ordered liquorice toffees for my dad on his 84th birthday to be delivered. Very disappointed to have received chocolate toffees instead which he cannot eat. I have tried contacting via email and online form only to have had no response to either. £14 were spent on these toffees so not that cheap. Good luck getting what you ordered!

Been here a few times no issues with product apart from the price of slabs of toffee doubling. Spoke to same chap on various visits not helpful at all, very rude.
Would recommend the product but customer service is 0.

Just recieved my delivery and looks great. Very prompt delivery and well packaged. There was an issue with a couple of their packaging labels at their suppliers end but still supplied toffee I ordered and placed a few extras in along with hand written note explaining. Was nice to put the extra in as this was more than I expected. Great service. Toffee and fudge are a gift so can not comment on product but looks delicious.

Was sent toffees with 1 month shelf life, even though it said 6 months when I ordered. Customer service was appalling, accused me of lying & then ignored me. Would never order again & definitely not recommend. If I could give zero stars I would.

Just ordered x 2 hampers, very disappointed. Huge basket with 2 small plastic bags +2 box with minimal contents I feel. This is a birthday gift that looks poor

Got some from Hull fair looked amazing but 5 different ones all tasted same no flavour no way is strawberry cheesecake taste same as bubblegum
