Where do I start?
Extremely problematic coating.
Particles is the problem.
What does this mean?
It means you can only spray wf600 & wf1200 with a very large tip. Even a 21thou tip blocks regularly.
They make the viscosity runny to help with this problem but then you’ll struggle to get anything on the substrate with any loadings.
Make it white and it sags!
Tell them your having problems, even problems with primer and they’ll happily come down and tell you you have no idea what your doing!
Large gang of experienced sprayers, I have 20 years, and some others the same, but it doesn’t matter!
In a nutshell, if it’s not on show, spray with a 21-25thou tip and you’ll get it on the substrate, still with regular blocking, , but won’t gain high loadings, very poor build capabilities.
Top coat the same, spray with a 12thou tip, but regular blocking.
Get what you pay for!
Not recommended.
