I ordered a new bike J's cycles and the service from Josh was nothing short of exceptional. It is really hard to find small bikes in stock because few shops buy them in. Riders and local bike shops have a responsibility for looking after each other. J's are a super friendly team who do their best to find a good bike match and support riders in getting out on the trails with some top quality kit. Their showroom is great for a look around and I'd recommend them if you're needing some advice.

Brilliant, exemplary service from J's Cycles. I bought a Specialized carbon Gravel Bike, which unfortunately was damaged beyond repair in transit by the courier. I worked with Josh at Wakefield, and he could not have been more helpful in resolving the problem. He came up a plan without hesitation to find a replacement bike, and definitively went the extra mile for me. The telephone, email and in-person communications were first rate and crystal clear. I thoroughly recommend J's Cycles.

Purchased a Scott mountain bike from these guys, unfortunately it was delayed coming from the supplier but they remained in touch with me by phone the entire time. Once they received it, the bike was sent out next day very quickly. Unfortunately it came on different tyres than described, but no worries because Josh sorted out 2 new ones to be sent to me in the post!! Unbelievable service, good communications - restored some faith that there are still good people and businesses around who actually care about the customer. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
