Probably the best customer service I have received in many years. John has always been an available to support me with the installation of the pumping station. It was our first pumping station installation so we needed a lot of support to make sure it was done right. Excellent product, fast delivery reasonable price, and great service. What more could one ask for?

We used them for a big project for a block of apartments and was quoted £6000, then this wen up almost to 10k and they sent unqualified individuals who couldn't connect the electrics and made us pay twice £900 just to send someone out to connect, they refused to give warranties unless we paid again even if we used professionals ourselves. They justified that £900 is the price to send someone out do what we paid for in the first place for a 30 minute job, we were told that "this is how we make money" overcharging clients. The first electrician came with a more experienced one that showed him how to do it. So we basically paid for someone to get trained. Then came a third time because they forgot to install the alarm as we were sent a faulty one. We wasted 3 months in total because of them! Terrible company and worst customer service, directly from the company director him self! Fish is always rotten from the head.

I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!
