Our family have used Just Fabrics in Burford for fabrics and curtain making on several occasions in the last 14 years and always found the selections available and service very good. We have just had some curtains made for us as the pattern matching and pinch pleats needed their expertise. We had some help finding sample books which might fit our colour scheme but were left to browse in our own time. We also had good advice advice about linings for winter use. We are absolutely delighted with the two pairs + scatter cushions and send grateful thanks to the team who made them up for us. 🙂

Great selection of fabrics. We were left to browse at our leisure. When we needed assistance the friendly staff were helpful and knowledgeable and offered advice that was gratefully received about curtain making. I will definitely be going back for future projects.

Visited after a journey from Banbury, on arrival to the store multiple members of staff who did not have another customer or was in the middle of anything simply looked away. Then feeling rather awkward I looked quickly around the shop in search of what I needed. No smile, no hello not a word.
I left quite quickly as the atmosphere in store was awful. It seems if you don't fit the aesthetic you won't get a very friendly welcome.

I recently purchased the jaguar velvet in the photo below to make a new lampshade. I absolutely love it! The other photos are of Velvets I've purchased in the past from Just Fabric to make other lampshades. Really fantastic stock and such good value.

Having just moved to the area, our experience with the staff at Just Fabrics at Burford and the supporting craftsmanship in each department has been exemplary. We have required reupholstery as well as new curtains and furnishings for our listed Georgian townhouse and everything is now looking as it should, simply wonderful and we are delighted.

Our genuine and heartfelt thanks and appreciation goes to all those at Just Fabrics who have been involved with us over the recent months. Their courtesy, consideration and advice has been professional throughout and the quality of the bespoke items for us has been exceptional. We are delighted with the curtains and blinds supplied by Just Fabrics - we fitted out the whole of our new house with their products and they look wonderful. Quality of the curtains and blinds is excellent. We did have a few issues initially but the sign of a good business is how they respond to adversity and I have to say Kath and her team at the Burford store (plus Alistair who came over from their Cheltenham store to accelerate the fitment of the blinds) were fantastic. They pulled out all the stops to ensure the quality was right and to recover some of the time lost on the delivery. Excellent customer service and a great end result!
