Can’t rate customer service as no one was their.
Went into shop at 9:30am no one at front desk, not to worry the door bell rang as I entered, I spent 10mins looking for the items I wanted, took to the counter, still no one their, could here people upstairs but no one was coming down, so decided to ring the shop while I’m standing inside, and yet no one even came down to answer the phone, I rang it 3 times and they let it keep ringing, I could have easily walked out of the shop without paying, and they have no security cameras to see who’s in the shop. YOU need to do better, I am happy to support local shops but not when you don’t even come down the stairs and ignore the phone ringing. Just lost a customer to Amazon.

Sorry to say not good at all nowhere to park so parked in a reserved space for another company they were not happy, then walked around the front shop is closed all the lights on and 9.30 am shop is supposed to be open 9.00am wasted journey !!! trying to support local business screw fix here we come.

After finding myself in a bit of a predicament, I rang Kev in the morning, by lunch time he had sorted me a selection of printed hoodies and jackets. K and K really pulled it out of the bag for me and did a fantastic job. I will be back and could not recommended them more highly! Thanks guys!

Very welcoming and outgoing staff. Main benefit for using K&K for me was them allowing me to use my own t shirts fir printing and embroidery. Good communication very helpful.
