The customer experience at K2 Global is second to none. I'm so incredibly impressed.

I arrived with an old Briggs & Riley bag with a damaged pull handle and with a few details on a form their Luggage Geeks/Experts whizzed it into their workshop and within 30 minutes I was leaving with a fresh handle, ready to travel.

The Briggs & Riley Lifetime Guarantee helps of course as it means there's no debate about how the bag got damaged or who pays for the parts and repair, they just took the details from my bag and luckily for me they had a fresh handle and were able to fit it whilst I waited. All it cost me was my time to go there.

All the staff seemed really friendly and a great credit to K2 Global.

I was initially nervous that it was a third party servicing lots of brands, not a B&R office, but there was no need to worry, K2 Global were great. I would really recommend them to anyone.

When my beloved old Samsonite failed to unlock after a flight and needed a screwdriver in order to get it open, I thought I would have to replace the case. However, I took it in to K2 Glodal today and was extremely impressed that, within a very short space of time, the problem was dealt with by the discovery that a change of code had taken place (presumed to be by a random customs search and a different code input) and now works fine with the new code. One very happy customer.

Used them to have my large luggage's zips replaced as they were the recommended company by Radley. I was reluctant because of the reviews but they were actually so good and the process was very straightforward. DHL picked it up and the fixed luggage was returned to me a week later. I'd definitely use them again.

I was initially concerned due to the negative reviews, but my experience with K2 Global was outstanding. I submitted the online form, scheduled the pick-up, and received regular email updates throughout the process. The repair took a few weeks because a part had to be ordered, but they were very responsive to my email queries. Today, I received my suitcase back with all repairs done, fully covered by the warranty. Excellent service from start to finish - thank you so much!

Incredible service - I cant understand why they dont have all 5*. I went online and arranged a collection which was next day. As soon as it was received I had an email and in the meantime BA emailed me to say that they accepted responsibility so I told K2Global. The case was repaired within 7 days and returned to me and they charged BA. Absolutely great servuce.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
BA broke our suitcase have sent me to these people who offered £50 for a brand new £200 suitcase never been used prior to this or one of there Chinese quality 1920s suitcase! Gets better then 3 weeks after want me to send them a smashed up suitcase. That I have to package up. Said they would come and get it Monday but haven’t even asked for my address yet. Now they have closed the claim as I called the representative Sara out for! Honestly the biggest waste of my time! AVOID!!!

Sent back my Brics bag for a warranty repair and what i was told was not a warranty repair. They quoted prices for the repairs online but didn't carry out either just returned the bag saying no parts and not warranty. A waste of the £15 fee when i had already sent them images that showed the damage. Nice business model charge to inspect hold for 3 weeks then return with no work and make a great profit!
