Four years' use of our Pocket Plush 2000 and counting. Without doubt, our best mattress purchase. We look forward just as much to getting into bed now as we did when we first got the mattress. Hotel beds rarely beat it - which, at this price, is awesome value. No obvious signs of mechanical wear - confident that we'll get the expected 6-8 years' use of it.

Brand new mattress...
Firstly nowhere near as comfy as the one in the shop, this is like lying on concrete.
Secondly it's dipped after 1 night!
Not impressed at all.
I await their response to the retailers email regarding all this.

Bought a kayflex pure sleep mattress 4 1/2 years ago from an online retailer after trying it out in my local area. Usually a mattress is a little firmer than the one you tried out as it hasn't had any use but when it arrived it was actually softer and didn't have as much of a feeling of sinking into it as the one in the shop. It also compressed within 7 or 8 months but given the amount of foam in there mattresses that's to be expected. At the time of writing 4 1/2 years on I can now hear the springs if I move, the memory foam lost its properties abot a year ago and now just feels like regular foam of which has compressed so much it doesn't seem to be doing much and in one area of the mattress the springs have lost all strength and can feel the bed frame/slats. I would expect the springs to last at least 6 to 7 years not 4 1/2 years and I'd expect the memory foam to last at least 5 years and start to dip in 1 year. The dip around the waist area is now way over an inch without any weight on it. I am 5 ft 11 tall and when I bought this mattress I was just under 10 stone now I'm 11 stone and given my height and weight this mattress should have lasted a lot longer the quality is very poor but I guess you get what you pay for. I am now going to buy a new mattress and it will be a slightly overpriced one from a well known brand from a big high street retailer as they all seem to offer 0% interest free credit so I don't mind spending upwards of half a grand for piece of mind. If I could I'd give this sorry excuse for a mattress zero stars. Thanks for reading I hope this helps you out.

Bought kayflex pocket plush 2000 mattress about an year and 3 months ago direct from manufacturing, just after 8 months of use the mattress lost the strength and comfort, we start having back pain and neck aches, mattress springs are so weak and poor quality. We contacted the Kayflex they never bothered to inspect or investigate it and they refused to accept the straight replacement and demanded us to pay for the mattress we have already paid and told us we have to pay 40% plus vat Of the retail value of the mattress and plus the delivery charges. They have been very inconsiderate and made excuses that we do not offer full warranty as it’s a sliding scale warranty but at the time of purchase the paper work provided doesn’t mention anything like scaling warranty...! What’s the use of the mattress which doesn’t even last 1 year and it’s not a cheap price we have paid for the two mattresses for our beds..! If the Kayflex admin will comeback to us with any better offer, We are not going to go even for straight replacement either as we have lost the faith on their products.

Kayflex ozone 4000, Most disappointing purchase in a while, £1000 mattress lost its memory after a week, like sleeping in a bowl, was told you can't return them either though not fit for purpose, our old argos cheap one was better, gutted

Don't trust this company. Been emailing about a mattress we have had for 2 years which has split even though they have a 5 year warranty they refuse to even look at the mattress. They have now stopped responding to my emails because they know their product is faulty but don't want to do anything. The product has a five year warranty on it but they have only been making the product for 3 years so they know it's within their warranty
