Great showroom. No pushy salesmen. Great variety to choose from. Seamless sale Steve the salesman very knowledgeable and friendly. Charlie and Tom who delivered were great. Set up the rise and recline chair and gave us a demo. Took all the packaging from the suite. Delivered at the time they said they would two great lads.

Excellent service hassle free no pressure sales from the moment you walk through the door.
Steve will give you advice and show you what they have to offer then leave you to browse at your leasure without any hassle whatsoever which is more than can be said about other furniture shops where they don't leave you alone.
Great service great sales team and most of all very competitive prices.

Despite a delay with delivery of my sofas from the suppliers, my experience with KC Sofa's was excellent, from the initial visit to the Barnsley branch to just have a look, to making the purchase to finding out there was delivery delay.
I was delivered a loan sofa, which I had for a few weeks and kept updated with the promise of expedited delivery.
Staff at the Barnsley branch were very helpful and friendly. Customer service staff were very apologetic and understanding, dealing with my concerns. The delivery guys on both occasions have been excellent, friendly, professional and polite.

Was recommended KC Sofas and I would highly recommend them myself. The whole experience from looking, buying, delivery and the quality of the sofa itself has been perfect. No pushy sales, great selection of styles and sizes, friendly honest advice from Steve in the Castleford shop. The delivery team Charlie and Tyler were just exceptionally professional and friendly, worked carefully and cleanly in our house. The sofa after hunting round all the places is solid, built well and so comfortable and we know they last well as my family has sofas from there in their mad house full of kids and pets! Lastly the prices are just incredible take at least a grand off what the fancy show rooms are asking! This is a good honest family business and I don’t think I would go anywhere else.

Got a fantastic deal on a sofa and chair at KC Sofas. Purchased an ex display model which is fantastic. We received a telephone call at the beginning of the week to book in the delivery and they called again to let us know they were on their way. The 2 lads Nathan and Tyler were amazing. Managed to get the sofas into the living room safely. Both guys were polite and friendly and took all the waste away with them. I would highly recommend, a pleasant experience from start to finish, thank you ?

Excellent service at showroom castleford explained what we wanted and was advised to go to top floor where fabric suites were , picked out the Washington beautiful suite, everything explained to us by sales rep , deposit taken , 6 weeks down line recieved phone call and email to say suite was ready for delivery , paid full balance , suite delivered 2 days later by charlie & Len who were really curtious and asked where the suite a 3 /2 /1 seater was going , one by one brought in unwrapped and put in position for us , chair had a slight dust mark on but this was cleaned off by charlie , delivery all signed for excellent service from start to finish

Excellent service from KC Sofas from going into the showroom to taken delivery. The salesman left us alone to look round, not pushy at all.
Took delivery of the sofa today, the 2 young men, Nathan and Tyler were lovely, very pleasant, courteous and tidy, a credit to the company. Would highly recommend KC Sofas.
