KEF Shop is just scamming people nothing else. Read the other reviews on truspilot or just my case here.
Kef states they didnt receive your return request via email and will not accept your return the support is not helpful at all and just ignores you. Worst online shopping experience I ever had. The whole Hifi space is usually a big family bit they are clearly only in it for the money, I'm glad they revealed their true face now.
Consider this, the Speakers I want to return are in perfect condition. They are scammers nothing else, I will go there and speak to them personally we will see what they have to say.

Have a problem with my 7 year old R500's. Beverley was absolutely first rate in talking me through the various potential problems, with the issue identified upon first attempt. Ordering the replacement part was extremely easy (thanks Andy), and not as eye-wateringly expensive as I'd feared.

I cannot recommend their service department enough. I have a 10 year old HTS/C system and needed a new driver unit. The service team could not have been more helpful with both advice and service.

Quality product backed up by an outstanding team - sadly this type of service is lacking in so many businesses now.

I phoned to ask a technical question about some old (but awesome) KEF Q35s. Beverly was excellent, she phoned back with the answer to my question and went the extra mile by offering to send a small part that I needed. Excellent customer service that's hard to find these days.

KEF what can i say?. After i broke my eight year old sub i contacted KEF for help and customer service is second to none.
I returned my sub personally to maidstone and the tech people went to work on it but the damage was worst than i thought.
While this inspection was underway Beverley the customer service rep had a spare hour as they had a media visit so invited me to see behind the scenes, Blown away! This place is pure British can do grit. its such a cool balance of modern science blended with old school grit, this is why this product is among the best in the world, its designed with science and built by hand with 100% focus and attention to detail, the componants hand crafted with old school hands on approach, this is why this product is still here and going strong.
When we returned to the reception Beverley had to go find my sub so while waiting i had a nose about. Through a side door this chap appeared asking if i was ok and invited me to take a look at the sound room he went on to demonstrate the the KEF ATMOS system and then explained how it all works and what would be the best way i could achieve this, the man is a walking book of wisdom.
Ron if you read this you should be proud of you and your staff and not forgetting Gee and his crew.
