I bought a 3m x 6m steel building from OZ-UK. OZ-UK is not a particularly cheap option for a building like this. What you get for your money, though, has quality so far beyond the cheaper ones that they may as well be in a different category. They are built probably twice as well as they need to be and ten times as well as the cheaper ones.

For example, each of the corner brackets is held on with twenty-one M16 bolts. You don't get that many bolts on cheap buildings in the entire structure (and they won't be M16s), let alone 180 of them in total *just* to hold together the basic frame. If my impact wrench could talk, it would have stopped talking to me after that. For another example, I got a personnel door with mine. The OZ-UK version gives you a steel security door heavy enough that you need at least two blokes my size to move it, with four heavy-duty hinges and a nine-point locking system. Or for the roof lights; instead of being some cheap thin polycarbonate that goes brittle with time it is transparent GRP.

And so on; these buildings, in short, do not mess about. It'll still be standing long after I'm in the ground. And if World War III kicks off I'm not going to bother with a bunker; I'm going to go down the shed.

That's the building itself. But it should also be said that the service was exceptional as well. Graeme is endlessly helpful and knowledgeable and we got the deal done extremely quickly. I'd recommend these buildings for anyone who wants to build it once and build it right.
