Popped in last weekend requiring help and guidance. I must say the manager who helped was superb. I'm no plumber. The guy helped me select the right materials, provided excellent tips and guidance. He genuinely couldn't do enough to help. I have quite a bit if work to do on the house. I will go nowhere else now. Good prices. Excellent service

Ordered some gravel. After I'd ordered I needed to bring the delivery date forward from the one that I'd chosen. Emailed them and a got a very helpful positive response within minutes! Great service!

Would rate no star if it was possible.
Total waste of time
I needed a washer for my washing machine hose. How difficult could that be ?
Apart from showing me a full display of washers and telling me he knew nothing about washing machines he could not help me. He went to speak to the man that knew about washing machines but he was having his lunch. Obviously he would not help
When I suggested he checked a new hose to see which washer I required he went away to speak to the only man who had the knowledge!!!
No luck again as he was having his lunch. I was then told again he knew nothing about washing machines and the other two assistants said they did not know anything either.
I left and went to Jewsons
They just checked online gave me the washers and showed me how to turn off the water and fit.
