I wouldn’t use this company again as they take so long to collect the skip. We phoned and asked them to come and collect it, but days later and they still hadn’t come. We needed our driveway back but they didn’t seem that bothered. There are plenty of other companies to use.

REALLY RECOMMEND... I have used this skip company 4 times spread out over several years and so far and they are best I've used. Renting a skip is never cheap, however, they have the most reasonable prices I've seen anywhere.

OTHER GOOD THINGS TO NOTE:
- Drivers are courteous and careful when entering through gates and also careful when depositing and removing the skips.
- Reliable, quick & easy with scheduling both delivery and pick up.
- Nearly always answer the phone (or reply to emails quickly).
- Polite and patient when I have asked extra questions about what I could put in the skip or other concerns I had.

To anyone looking to hire a skip look no further than Kent skip hire .
Alex was the driver who took his time and care to deliver the skip just where I needed it and it was easy , all carried out professionally and accordingly and what you’d expect from a quality company .
Through the week I was unable to fill the skip due to a genuine reason
I made a call to the company , Mel in the office dealt with my dilemma straight away I was put at ease , Mel was polite , gave reassurance kindness and understanding .

This afternoon the skip was picked up again by Alex at 28* heat where he struggled with the drop Down door , again taking his time to fix and put right, on top of the heat and the frustration of the problem he still took his time to help me put the last few things on top off the skip.

The world we live in today is difficult where people are to busy to help or Even take the time to be kind but I can honestly say I was lucky enough to encounter both . An excellent service with people who are a credit to your company Kent Skip hire .

You can always rely on Kent Skips. Wouldn’t use anybody else.
Have used them for a few years now, this time we booked using their online system and payment. For pick up, I called the office as needed a speedy collection due to a house completion. Was carried out the following day, thank you so much.
Both the drivers and office staff are always so friendly and courteous.

I've used many skip companies over the years but being new to the area didn't know who to use this time round. I opted for Kent Skips after reading the reviews and they are excellent! I'd highly recommend. I opted for the online booking and found it dead easy to use with very clear instruction. The drivers were fantastic and dropped exactly where I needed it. I also selected the online returns tool and received an email confirmation back detailing a day the skip would be collected. The team in the office were aso courteous and responsive. Would definitely use again!
