If I could, I would give zero stars. Worst experience ever in dealing with an OEM. They don't deliver on the promises.

Had a very significant large order, was very late, causing project delays and extra expense on our side.

Worst part, they never contacted us on delay. When we called them, they refused to return calls, leaving only a receptionist to answer questions which she could not. (Talking about throwing your employees under the bus!).

When delivery finally arrived, did not have correct bolt counts and holes were drilled wrong. In short: poor QA/QC, overpriced, poor client service, late. Despite all the above, they never once came back and apologized for the poor performance, nor offered discount on product for our additional cost and project delay.

This company has serious problems, suggest going somewhere else.

Intercom security gates off a residential street.drive in.
Easy enough tip.
Muddy yard tho and can be tight to turn round in an artic.
Staff will move stuff gladly if stuck.

Non-existent feedback, no updates on shipment statuses, and no warning about delays! I thought the fact that it is "KEY" equipment was implied in their name? Really disappointed.
