Not impressed with their service. They deleted an item of my order list. And refuse to acknowledge it. Meaning I spent all this money on packaging. I can't use because I don't have a full set I called them asking what's happened? But they couldn't help me and asked for me to pay an extra delivery charge to complete my set. They did it offer me a 2 pound discount which I think is ridiculous. If there's gonna be a confusing system to navigate at least make it work properly. Not impressed at all.

Outstanding service and products. Always receive our deliveries promptly and in a perfect condition. The staff are very friendly and it’s great to see a company leading with sales representatives that care about the customers and products they are selling as well as passing on knowledge of ingredients. They always go above and beyond.

I have been using Keylink for a while and I use their products. The staff are very professional, helpful and friendly but what I appreciate the most is the ultra speedy service they provide when dispatching my chocolate especially the 10kg bags. Whatever bags I order, they are packed considerably and there is no wastage. Thank you.

I've been buying my supplies from keylink for a few years now, I have to say they offer a very very good service and have always been extremely helpful to me.
I recently had and issue which was not their fault and the customer service experience I received was first rate and problem was solved!
You can't go wrong if you need wholesale chocolate and all the other great items they sell related to food businesses and next day delivery is an added bonus!
The team at keylink will go the extra mile to help their customers, well done them.
I highly recommend this company and it's staff!

I’ve been buying from Keylink for almost 30 years and in all that time they have always been a company that can be relied upon. Their customer sales team are always helpful and informative and they have supported my business with training sessions and advice many times. Sadly, these days, many companies don’t seem to put any value in their smaller business customers but I have never felt that is the case with Keylink and I am always excited to see what new products they will tempt me with next.
