Loved our stay at the Kingstone Brewery.
The cabin was so lovely and cosy.
Shame we didn't get to do the Brewery tour and tasting as they were closed on Thursday/ Friday.
Pizza night is really good ( although if you are a mushroom hater like me , be aware that they are all over on the meat feast pizza )
Definitely recommend ?

We got a couple of beers free when we stayed overnight at the Hopgarden.

I tried this classic bitter and it was very nice. Very stout in flavour. A very nice drop. Nice taste.

Great local brewery. Since the lockdown, they have stopped serving food.

There is a shop to stock up on Kingstone beers and also some local ciders from local brewers.

There is a glamping site and a taproom for events.

The kitchen has recently been refitted, so hopefully they will serve a light lunch in the future. I had hoped for a plowman's lunch and a beer.

Recently stayed in the Golding's Cabin which was lovely in itself, but was marred by the run down nature of the site. There was a large pile of rubbish in bin liners and wood as if ready to bring right outside the cabin ruining the view, and some of the greenhouses need some TLC. The brewery shop was closed every time I tried to visit for a pint, with no indication on who to call on to open it up. In fact, we didn't see the owners at all until the final day: what really left a sour taste in my mouth was during our last morning at the cabin, a group of men came right up to our door and started setting up the new hot tub right next to us. Any sense of seclusion or privacy was immediately destroyed. In addition, the owners turned up and began emptying a car load of wood at our doorstep. Not only was it incredibly unprofessional but left us feeling rushed out of our last day of our holiday. I'm most disappointed in the service we received overall.

Stayed in the Brambling Cross Cabin, it was wonderfully secluded and had all that was needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The hot tub was incredible and very easy to use. When the night falls, you can see every star in the sky and hear all kinds of wildlife. Got shouted at by a squirrel and made friends with birds, a bat, some sheep, some cows, bunnies and many insects. Very lovely owners and the grounds and brewery outside of the cabin were stunningly picturesque and enjoyable. Will DEFINITELY be staying again ?

A lovely tour of the micro brewery by Julie and Mark the brewmaster. Sampled the beers they produce and a very informative talk with Mark on how the beers are produced. A really good tour to do if your in this area, Julie was very knowledgeable on the beers they produce. All bottles tasted were recapped for you to take home.
