I can’t speak highly enough of Kit Buildings Direct. From the first telephone call, all the way through the project, the service and communication has been first class. We ordered two buildings; a cattle shed and a straw barn, they were delivered on time, the kit included everything we needed down to the last tecscrew, including clear and comprehensive instructions. Kit Building Direct supplied an open barn for my alpacas. It was very good value, extremely robustly constructed and arrived in good time and on the day it was expected. There was a part missing, however, when I phoned them and told them, they got the missing part to me in two days without any hesitation. I have been most impressed with their customer service. They answered all of my layman's questions with excellent humour and immense patience. They also dealt with my anxiety and hesitation to commit by being reassuring, and getting me information that wasn't at their fingertips asap. Overall, most impressive; a delight to deal with in these days when so many companies are not!

Ordered a 60x30 agricultural building to be supplied in kit form. There were various covid and brexit related delays but they did their best and kept me informed throughout. The building, along with full drawings, was supplied and we erected it in a matter of a few days with minimal issues. Highly recommend KBD.
