I was honored to find KP Engineering Works Limited to help us build our gates and railings. The company's service was impeccable from start to finish. They are very friendly from the boss to the staff. The company's products are of high quality and reasonably priced. Another thing that impressed me was that during the production process, they would send emails showing the progress of the work, which was very reassuring. As well as the design of their company website and the design of their installation team's vehicles everything they asked for was perfect. I admire them very much. They are a very high quality, tasteful company and highly recommended.

I highly recommend KP Engineering. Ketan was really helpful and patient with us while we chose the design we wanted for our garden terrace and Pravin who came and measured up did a great job - the rails fit perfectly and look better than we expected. The installers were very quick and efficient and no trouble - didn’t even want cups of tea or biscuits!
Excellent service. Would definitely use again.

The service from KP Engineering has been nothing short of first class from start to finish. We were delighted with the customer service, communication, production time, installment and of course the railings. The installers were courteous and knew how to treat a home with great care. This point particularly was a welcome relief as I didn't have to worry about telling people to take their shoes off or keeping doors shut to keep dust out. There were no surprises in the installation process. It was all a straightforward process and the railings looks great and grand. We will definitely recommend KP Engineering to family and friends!

A fantastic experience and end result! The team was super professional and flexible (there was a lot of back and forth with our availability and start date), and did a really wonderful job creating the perfect fence and gates for our front garden. All the different options were explained to us and each step in the order / production was communicated clearly and efficiently. Would highly recommend using them!

Excellent product and finish. The process took a long time from initial quotation, survey to installation which all together took 4m from the surveyor visit to installation but it worth it. A bit expensive but the product is absolute great quality and it worth the inversement. Communication with the team was great and I have been updated at all stages of the project. The installer team was nice and friendly and did a very professional job without disturbing anyone. 5 star definitely a good company to recommend.

From first to last KP Engineering have really impressed us. Their sense of client service and attention to quality detail have been exactly what we wanted. From the initial email exchange and telephone discussion with Ketan, to the careful and very useful advisory site visit (uncharged) by Pravin, we gained the impression that this was the team we wanted to trust for our significant front gate job on a listed building in a conservation area. We were kept in touch with completion of all stages of manufacture via their tracker through the six week process. When the installation took place on the day booked, their fitters were friendly, very capable and attentive to all requirements. They did a beautiful job of hanging a beautiful new gate, galvanised and painted the dark green we requested. The overall costing was very fair for such quality of a securely locking gate that will look good and function well for many years to come. This was an absolutely FIVE STAR experience in our judgement.
