DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. ALSO KNOWN AS BILLYOH, AND GARDEN BUILDINGS DIRECT. Ordered 7 weeks ago, still no sign of delivery. Fobbed off with every excuse they could think of. Been screamed at by customer service agents, been told they won't refund me. Won't let me speak to a senior member of staff, apparently no way to contact "cancellations" despite being told 4 days previous, they could refund but would take 14 days +
I knew I made a mistake when I seen reviews a week after ordering. Believe the bad reviews, they are scammers, and time wasters. I could have built my own in this time. Disgusting behaviour & disgusting customer service. They pretend they're responding with "live chat" and phone customer service, but both useless. They all say the same thing, like they have a script

I ordered a summer house through the Range, with an estimated delivery date of March 14th. I ordered it on 27th January. I have chased the order up with both the Range and Kybotech themselves. The range have no further information for me, regarding a delivery date and Kybotech have told me that they can't give me a confirmed dispatch date, and that it might be this coming Friday but this isn't a definite. I'm still in limbo.

It's very concerning for me. I have just read some of the worrying reviews on trust pilot.

I have just rang the team as advised and have been told that you are still waiting for four parts to still be delivered for my switch pent tongue and groove summer house 12x6 ft. I still have no confirmed delivery date.

I ordered a shed 8 weeks ago. The lead time on this was DELIVERED in 4-6 weeks. I have been chasing since week 6 through the website and just get told repeatedly it is still in production. I've had to cancel other works and deliveries now due to the terrible customer service.
Yes they are cheaper then most, but I would not reccomend at all. Terrible customer service, incorrect lead times (I only ordered as the lead time worked with the programme of works) I'm borderline driving to worksop to get answers as they just read the same script both by phone and their online customer service portal. Who knows if this shed will ever arrive. Until there is just a wet foundation growing algae.

Treated disgracefully after not receiving all the parts. Missing parts have never materialised and being absolutely no help in organising a return. They will not assist in removing the shed (parts) from my garden, being physically unable to myself, nor pay for me to employ assistance, despite no fault of my own. I have offered solutions but they are not interested in anything other than keeping the money and making life difficult. Please advise at all costs unless you want end up in small claims court.

Ordered a shed in november said it be delivered 7th jan. Id smashed down my oldshed leaving everything in the garden. Nothing on that day so called them to be told its still processing. A week laterstill nothing and woke up to a email saying order had been canclled and id be refundered withing 7 days. Wtf!!!!

Absolutely useless. Order a shed and month after it's delivered still waiting for missing parts. 7 phone calls so far and still no luck. Really bad on the reseller. B,q

I can’t actually give any stars to this company at all. We have emailed to ask some one to call nothing. The shed we order is absolute rubbish. The felt is like tissue paper the shed bows it’s just rubbish.
They have been no help or come up with anything to resolve these issues. Sent many pictures they want more and that’s been it. Do not buy off of them. Be interesting if this gets taken down or will they be able to respond and also call us. Very very unhappy. Oh I had to hi-light a star to actually post I would like to add they have got back to me still can’t talk to a human even though rang rang them left numbers to call. Nothing. They keep saying here the parts numbers for you to look tell us which parts to replace. The shed had to be assembled on the Saturday tried to ring Kybotech no reply. Please do not deal with this company

I ordered a greenhouse from these in November it came in December , as it apparently took five weeks to build then when it came out wasn't to satisfactory standards because it wasn't the right size as I ordered a 9ft x 6ft ,there was damage to the polycarbonate windows ,the timber has black mould and mildew also it wasn't of good quality or built of quality materials ,I have been onto them now since the start of December for them to collect it in order to get a full refund but to no avail they keep putting it off and have done five times now due to the driver constantly getting sick or for some various other reasons ,absolute fuming they were supposed to collect today on the 24th January and no show again I shall be talking to trading standards again and also take it much further as they are quick to take people's money but not to refund them or return good as they are not fit for purpose ,ie consumer rights act 2015 should come into play but they keep putting it off in the hope they don't have to refund me and if they read this at garden buildings direct / kybotech then I suggest a manger higher up the chain Contact's me as soon as possible before it gets worse for them at their end and I would not recommend anybody buying a shed or building from these ,,not worth the hassle or the poor workmanship which they provide ,customer service is also shocking they put phone down on you when you want to return something .
Absolutely disgusting set of people .
