The 2 stars is because the location manager, GL, was really proactive to calm down a situation and proactively try to put in place a fix. The loss of 3 stars and reason for the review is the idiot in the "National Sarcastic Society", tshirt canada goose, with his cheap coffee tumbler trespassing and deciding it's acceptable to use people's bins on their gated property - then, decides the solution of him not trespassing is to remove his access by moving the bins, and when the LM asks him to leave the situation, looks at me like I'm a prick and just punched his sainted mother. I asked the LM for his name so I can complain properly, but that never happened. Then the individual has the audacity to moan about "upsetting the locals", and another resident outside single pane windows...

In response to reply from business owner - Location Manager listed as working at LA productions on LinkedIn, and when questioned face to face about company, I asked if LA was the correct company to speak to about this - asked the other gentleman to move away and didn't dissuade. Will be following up.
