Had Leigh and his team at LA-Installations build me a Custom Media Wall to my own specifications (65" Sony OLED TV, built-in soundbar and 60" Celestial Fire).

Our recent decision to employ LA Installations for our project of converting an old working men's club into 8 apartments has proven to be a wise one. From the initial stages of the project until now, Leigh has displayed exceptional professionalism and efficiency in handling all aspects of the project. His communication with us, as well as with subcontractors and architects, has been seamless and effective. At first we was a little hesitant to have one company oversee the full project but now we know having a company to project manage the entire operation has alleviated any stresses on our end, and allowed us to concentrate on our business, receiving regular updates from site. Had Leigh out to look at upgrading my old Russsound smart home to Control4 and sold me on first impressions (when the company was Home cinema solutions), how wrong I was.
Leigh came out to do the works, but never fully finished the works although full payment was made, to try and get hold of Leigh from there after was a nightmare, and went on for a couple of years.
Leigh also has a very big book of excuses for when he did reply!!
I had to phone from a friends phone to get him to answer in the end but still got no where, left my job unfinished and very un-professional, Control4 need to check over some "authorised dealers"

5 star!! Why we chose LA Installations:
When we first contacted Leigh from LA Installations, we walked through our requirements for a smart home system. Leigh took the technicalities out of the conversation and really helped us to understand exactly what we needed. He worked with us to help save us money on things we didn't need to buy - even though many other dealers said we needed these extra items to make the whole system work.

Leigh's final quote was very competitive and had everything we needed and more - without items in there we didn’t really need to have.

The Installation & Post Installation Process
LA Installations came to install the first fix of our control4 wires at the same time as our other first fix items were being installed. Leigh was one of many people working in the house at the time. All other suppliers and contractors commented on how easy Leigh was to work with and how hard working he was. Leigh managed to get the first fix turned around in a matter of days. Leigh worked tirelessly into the night to make sure that everything was on point and correct before planning the 2nd fix.

A few weeks later, Leigh and the team came back for the 2nd fix. Again Leigh turned this around in record time. The physically installation of the Control4 kit was seamless.

The hardest part for us was the programming and choosing what we wanted our smart home to do. Leigh was patient, helpful and very accommodating to our forever changing needs. Leigh made suggestions and recommendations and really pushed the boundaries of the Control4 program to enable us to get exactly what we wanted from our smart home. Again, Leigh went above and beyond working tirelessly into the night.

Following the installation and programming, Leigh has been available at all hours to help us resolve issues and answer any queries. We truly appreciate this dedication!

Overall
In the end, Leigh installed - sound in 9 zones, Cinema room setup, smart lighting around the whole house, TV's in several rooms with Sky/Apple TV/Roku distributed throughout the house, integrated smart heating controls and CCTV cameras - all managed and controlled through the Control4 app.

Leigh really went above and beyond to pull out all the stops for us - he was great and knows what he is doing. We would highly recommend him to all our friends. He has a great attitude and work ethic, great pricing, great knowledge of the system. Leigh and the LA Installations team delivered everything (..and more) as promised - we cannot thank them enough for the time and dedication they put into making our dream of a smart home a reality. We look forward to upgrading our system in the future and have Leigh there for any support we require!
