I have purchased Labcold products on a fairly regular basis over a period of around 10 years and have always enjoyed excellent service from the company.
This includes initial contact to make enquires regarding product specs and pricing, advice and service.
I have always received very polite responses to any requests from all the Labcold teams and excellent after sales service visits to site on the rare occasions when this has been required.
The products have been delivered exactly when I have been informed they would arrive and arrive well packaged and in good condition.
I have mainly purchased on and under bench Pharmacy Fridges which have proven to be reliable, represent good value for money and are backed by Labcolds 5 year parts and labour warranty.

David the engineer could not have been more helpful when I had an issue with our fridge at work last week.
