Another good Lakeland shop.

Wise range of products available, baking trays, mixing bowls and mixers, utensils, and a whole bunch of other things.

More general home goods are upstairs, cleaning supplies, drying racks etc.

Staff are really friendly, and the store is very accessible.

Good place to visit for home and baking supplies. Plenty of sale and clearance items too.

Very helpful staff. I was choosing my first airfryer and found the assistants gave really useful advice without being at all pushy. They were also very good about how long it took me to collect my purchase (I wasn't able to take advantage of the free delivery service).

Lovely staff that are genuinely ready to help, great selection of goods, i regularly use the click and collect service as unfortunately the York store has a limited stock range but it's a good excuse to visit the store to look and feel other products on display.

Visited while in York. Love lakeland and always pay a visit, had my list ready and vouchers, I managed to find most of what I wanted, 2 items I asked a friendly assistant where they were and she showed me to them. As always excellent service and products

Staff were friendly and helpful. I was looking for a stand alone clothes dryer that I could use outside, found one that was half price having been discontinued.
Most difficult decision was a choice of pegs! Who could have thought that there were so many different designs and colours?!

I have ordered a heated clothes dryer from Lakeland. We ordered in store for home delivery but after it hadn't arrived for 2 weeks and communication has been non existant I wish I had bought it off Amazon. I try to use shops when i can but the delivery has been rubbish. After hearing nothing for 2 weeks after I ordered it I called and was told it was out of stock. Then a few days later I got an email at 10am to say it would be delivered between 4 and 6 the same day. Luckily I was able to be home but the lack of notice isn't good. Then when the delivery arrived it was just the cover, no dryer! Apparently I should have been told it would come separately when i ordered but i wasn't. I now need to be in to accept another delivery! There is no option to choose your delivery day either. All the staff in the shop were great but actually getting what I ordered has been rubbish. I won't order anything directly from the shop again when i can get efficient convenient delivery from Amazon, I mean why would you come to my house to deliver one order twice! Its no wonder shops are going out of business due to online retailers.

Love to shop at Lakeland. Excellent quality goods and great service. Had a problem with an item purchased and it was exchanged straight away with no fuss. Just bought 2 Remoskas from the York store. Brilliant items.
