We acquired a Mini Ripple Tank from Lascells Ltd and it has been used very frequently by the science staff. We had a minor issue with it's functioning so I contacted the company for guidance. I sent it back to them and they returned it fully repaired to us within two weeks!
The customer service is outstanding and I cannot thank them enough. I would highly recommend this company both for products and customer service; and I will be purchasing from them again at the first opportunity.

We sent a defective signal generator to Lascells Ltd. They not only fixed it but returned it as brand new and on top of this, the service we got from them was outstanding. Very polite, professional and cooperative staff. We have been using Lascells equipment in our Physics labs since 2015. Their equipment are very well designed and the best thing is these works and always give good results. The price is reasonable and excellent customer service. Recently, a student drop a power supply unit and LCD was not showing properly although the unit is still functioning as it should. Lascells sent out the FOC replacement part.

If you want the best Physics equipment look for the name Lascells. Well designed, easy to use and made in the UK. It is the best that I have found in over 50 years as a school technician. Any aftercare or repairs are quickly sorted , just contact customer services. Everything about Lascells is first rate and the equipment they produce is excellent.
