I visited Launceston Cycles to try on HUUB wetsuits as I wasn't sure of my size. Well worth the visit, Simon is very knowledgeable when it comes to fitting wetsuits. I ended up buying a wetsuit two sizes smaller than the HUUB website suggested I should based on my weight, saving me time and money compared with if I were to buy online. Great stock of wetsuits, and they can order them in if they don't have your size in the style that you like. Great customer service, very patient when I was trying on the wetsuits (which takes some time!) and I'm very confident with the fit of my new wetsuit. Thank you Simon.

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Simon and his mechanic.
They went above and beyond to identify and fix an electrical issue on my wife's Liv EMTB.
Great communication and good old-fashioned customer service, which is sadly a rarity these days.

I cannot praise these guys enough. My contend was having issues that just wouldn't go away. I emailed on a weekend and had a response back! Booked in and dropped off my bike. Everything was explained clearly about what would happen and approx costs. Time lines agreed and I left the bike. Quicker than agreed I took a call to say all done and in under budget. I bought a woman's specific design bike from Simon-Liv LANGMA advanced pro 0 disc. There was no hard sell from Simon as I wanted to make sure it was the right bike for what I needed. He offered help, advice and guidance and never once rushed me in to anything. Once I decided it was the right bike for me the post purchase customer care was superb with e-mails, phone calls and excellent communications from him.
I would highly recommend Launceston cycles. They have an excellent choice of bikes and equipment in addition to excellent knowledge and expertise.Thank you 🙂
