Exceptional customer Service and product availability

I've been a customer at Lawsons Builders Merchants for years but have recently had a big project to deal with and have been compelled to provide this review as my expectations to customer services have been exceeded even more than previously.

There are numerous builders merchants in the Bedford area, however, it’s the exceptional service that I have consistently received that is the main reason I continue to choose Lawsons over all other companies.

In particular, Danielle and Terry have truly stood out to me personally as having gone above and beyond to make my experience of doing business with Lawsons a positive one.

Both Danielle and her supervisor Terry are incredibly approachable and demonstrated that they will go out of their way to ensure I have exactly what I need for my building projects. Both Terry’s and Danielle’s customer focused attitude make the process of ordering materials seamless and without any worries for deliveries.

It’s absolutely clear that their dedication to customer satisfaction is important to them, as it is to me as a customer as I’ve been left feeling that I’m a valued customer and always willing to help with any query, no matter how big or small.
