Massive transformation.

From initial contact to undergoing to the work, LDC have been amazing. Making everything in the process of designing our new ensuite simple. They really have a fine eye for detail and truly care about their craft.

Having multiple trades in a reno we have had over the past 2 years, working with Liam and his team has been one of the best experiences we have had with a contractor, they were on site when they said they were, worked late into most evenings and were very pleasant and polite. I'd get these guys in again in a heartbeat for any other bathroom/plumbing work.

Can't begin to explain how thrilled we are and pleased with the work Liam has done on our old, tired en suite. Liam was professional throughout the refurb, and had excellent communication before and during the work - he gave us so much support and advice in helping us choose the fit and look we wanted before the work started.

It wasn't as straightforward as it could have been! Just before the install, we found out we'd need a new boiler, so Liam changed the plan for the shower to suit this. There were also issues with the radiators, which again Liam sorted, even calling round late in the evening to sort for us.

We can't recommend highly enough. Honest, clear, supportive and highly professional. A fantastic job, and a wonderful new en suite!

Then they came to assess & take measurements required for the job of fitting a complete new toilet.
A few days later we agreed on a date & time for the start of the work, and within 3½ hours job was complete.

Liam came to replace an old electric shower. From the outset he was incredibly well informed and made suggestions on the replacement even helping us find a model that fitted the bill. He was polite and respectful within our home and the communication was great by keeping us updated as to when he would be arrive or if he was running late. He spent a huge amount of time at no extra cost to get the job right having discovered the original purchase was faulty.
