Francis and Bradley were very helpful and patient in putting together a leaded insert for our new door. The end result looks fantastic and the fitters commented on how robust and well-made the insert was compared to many of the other leads that they fit. Recommended.

We've had a set of six stained/leaded glass panels made for our lobby door and its surroundings (the originals having been cracked by a forced entry before we purchased the house), plus a new stained/leaded glass double glazed panel for the front door.
The pattern was designed by Leadbitter, to my measurements which were made according to the guidance on the Leadbitter website (important to read that before measuring).
Having installed all the glass, the result is wonderful. The custom pattern is much nicer than the (broken) original, and we're extremely happy with the result. We were supplied with pictures of the proposed patterns for approval before manufacture, which gives a good idea what the result will look like.
The glass dimensions were just right, making installation easy.
The glass was delivered by the company, pretty much eliminating the risk of breakage. Definitely one of our better purchases for this house, and well worth every penny. The lobby and front door are a part of the house that you see many times a day, and are the first thing visitors see, so it's nice to have them looking really nice.

We have always appreciated stained glass whether it has been in churches or other buildings, but also in glass workshops. There are many of the latter in the Netherlands where we used to live. We wanted a small piece, which would be back-lit in our living room. We looked at various outlets in the low countries, but we were put off by the cost and inconvenience. We then looked at several UK stained glass manufacturers but few, that were suitable, were near us. We eventually took a gamble on the internet with Leadbitter Glass, which offered a wide selection of designs. Leadbitter Glass were extremely helpful and were so patient advising us in a lengthy email exchange. We eventually, made our choice and awaited the finished piece praying that we had made the right choice. We need not have worried. The piece that we requested exceeded our expectations and was perfectly made to a beautiful design. It is now being framed to make it suitable as a permanent feature in our home.

Fantastic communication with Francis from our first enquiry. Very flexible as we wanted to select our own design for our garage fanlights. Francis took the time to make sure we had measured the glass correctly and after a short wait we received our new glass. Great packaging, very secure and we were absolutely delighted when we opened it up. The quality of the workmanship is clear to see and I've now installed the glass and it looks fantastic. Can't recommend Leadbitter highly enough. Great service, great product, very happy customers !!

We were absolutely delighted with all aspects of our dealings with Leadbitter Glass. We wanted a negative of a tree spreading across the our front door and adjacent panels, and with plenty of clear and precise advice from Francis Leadbitter were able to make our own image work exactly as we wanted. The glass was produced on time, exactly as defined, and it was even dropped off in person without charge. We couldn't be happier with the result. Hard to photograph well, but great in real life!

We wanted to create light into a gloomy hall but we wanted to keep our rather magnificent solid wood door. After bouncing some ideas off our carpenter we placed an order with Leadbitter on 9th of April. The following day we received two options from our design selection.
Ten days later we received the finished product. The four panels were so carefully packed and the dimensions were to the millimetre of our requirements.

The result has absolutely transformed our hallway but has retained our lovely old door. Absolutely wonderful service. Great communication and advice. The product is real quality and will no doubt last for years. Thanks so much.

We are so pleased with our replica windows from Leadbitter glass. The service was fantastic and the product is better than we could have hoped for. They managed to replicate our cracked and rickety 1920s glass just from one photograph. We loved the original glass but it was very unsafe and drafty so when we found Leadbitter we were so pleased to be able to keep the same look but as double glazed units.
We thought the time for production was very good for something completely bespoke.
10/10 for service and final product. Would not hesitate to recommend!
